Most are familiar with the New California movement headed by Paul Preston which is destined to produce America's 51st state. Now, Illinois, in order to escape the liberal clutches of socialists like the Obama's who are destroying their own state, are seeking to create what will be a 52nd state from the outlying areas of the state. What's behind it? Will the movement succeed?
