Biden won't have that fear in Illinois, where the Gubner has imposed restrictions on bars/restaurants throughout most of the state. There are some businesses that are defying him - I just hope he doesn't revoke their licenses. Lucky for him, he's not up for re-election this year. Even Halloween here in Chicagoland was strange - I had NO Trick-or-Treaters ring my doorbell. Weather was terrific, like it was when I was a kid and could cover half a subdivision. What parents there were, seemed to take their kids only to places where they had decorations up.

The main fairground stands was all full to the max. People came from at least 4 different county's that i seen of the license plates in the parking lot. Maybe 5 thousand people +
