Ultimately, Jesus, but until that point in time, He wasn't overstating when He said that the entire world lies in the control of the evil one. Trying for decades to alert passive people to danger which is now rapidly escalating/reaching critical mass has been maddening, and I think that barring Divine intervention concerning America, the point of no return has been reached.
