And I wonder why I (and perhaps some others out there) don't trust: politicians, insurance companies, investment brokers, doctors, lawyers, judges and courts, government officials, the Post Office, regulators, voting officials, law enforcement, home repair tradesmen, banks, neighbors, and even friends and family members? The only people I can trust are the chipmunks and squirrels in my backyard. Why do I trust them? They won't rip me off or lie to me.
The Social Security number WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE AN ID. I remember years ago when if you paid for groceries by bank check, they wanted your SSN ON YOUR PERSONAL CHECKS. Another scam is all retail consumer reward cards. They all record what you purchased and then sell it to a third party.
