LOL- I listened to a constitutional attorney from a well-known think tank say that Biden is not guilty of treason. Treason is defined specifically as aiding in an insurrection or assisting an enemy armed force upon the US (aid and comfort), whether as war is declared or not. Treason is a very limited act.LOL The only other recourse to removing Joey is: 1) election 2) Impeachment by the House and conviction by the Senate. That said, Joey could be convicted of bribery or "high misdemeanor) being "breach of the public trust." The former could take the form of neglect (misprisions), misdirection of funds, acting outside of authority, self-dealing (for profit) actions. The point being is that the definition is quite broad and encompassing.
