I cannot believe the America I find myself living in. A 64 year old man, in upstate New York encountered 2 home intruders with bad intentions inside of his house. He shot and killed both of them. Despite the Deputies not pressing charges, the local District Attorney wants to send this 64 year old man to prison. Here is the entire story.

As I have said before: If the authorities come after your legally owned guns, I want you to give them your legally owned guns, "BULLETS" first. They swore an oath to uphold the constitution and bill of rights. They are quickly becoming the "enemy of the people". Never relent! Enuf said, you know the rollcall.

The ABSOLUTE GOD-GIVEN UNALIENABLE RIGHT to defend one's own life and that of innocent people cannot be deemed "a criminal act." This is the foremost assault on humanity and our Constitutional Republic. ANY government agent or body that attempts to overthrow the Natural absolute rights of American citizens is open and naked high treason and sedition!!! They are doing exactly what every genocidal totalitarian regime has done. Such treason DEMANDS militant absolute resolve and response by the People and legitimate Constitutionally faithful law enforcement and judges to nullify and prosecute anyone attempting such sedition and treason. THE SUPREME LAWS MUST BE PROTECTED AND DEFENDED AGAINST ALL ENEMIES, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC.
