Reparations for whom? 5% black? 2%? 50? How will they determine this? DNA testing? A person's word? Family tree? Other? And California has the money for this payout? From where? China? Feds? Taxpayers? What about Native Americans? Weren't they here before anyone else? Pandoras Box....
