Should Everyone Receive Free Healthcare, or, Should Only Illegal Aliens Receive Free Healthcare?

Perhaps someone will see through the sarcasm when the question is posed: Should illegal aliens get free healthcare. How about when the question changes: Should everyone receive free healthcare? In California, should American citizens renounce their citizenship so they can receive free healthcare along with the illegal aliens who just received the RIGHT to receive free healthcare?
