Exactly right. If one believes in the alien presence then you must consider that EVERY world event, political or otherwise, will have some input from them. There have been thousands of hours of videos and articles on this subject over the years; some more credible than others and aliens may have been here for thousands of years,well certain alien species. Perhaps another hostile species has recently discovered us as it is curious why it should be now that the move is being made. One interesting thread is that an alien 'federation' is on its way to free us from the reptilian yoke. On the other hand the SciFi series 'Defiance' was about a failed attempt to terraform Earth involving several competing alien species - interesting concept.
