I wrote an article in 2019 in which I detailed a California plan to forcibly incarcerate the “useless eaters” of that day. The plan was to not only to incarcerate these people, but to take their assets as well. Excuse me, but didn’t Nazis incarcerate and then steal any wealth from the Holocaust Jews with the complicit participation of the Swiss Bankers (ie Rothschilds)? Today, I cannot confirm nor deny the continued existence of this program. Rumors to this effect are numerous, but proof is lacking. But what is not lacking is the fact that that the food supply has been deliberately placed in a position of peril.

Nearly 50 years ago, a plot was hatched to use the control of food an agent of depopulation and societal control. This article will focus on the historical build up to the point where we are today in which Universal Basic Income (UBI) will be used to impose the will of the globalists upon the American people. 

With the California story still unsettled, can we at least agree on the validity of the following events?

1. The food supply chain is in grave jeopardy? Well, the UK government thinks so as they issued a warning to its people on June 20, 2021, that there are serious and “inevitable” food shortages coming.
2. The meat packing plants in America have been shut down since the beginning of the CV-19 outbreak. A simple solution would have been to place National Guard in hazmat suits and had them continue the work of producing the nation’s meat. Instead, farmers and ranchers were forced slaughter millions of meat producing cows.
3. Severe weather conditions persist in the agricultural areas in the country. In the West, we have megadrought conditions in which 88% of potential food will not be raised this year because of a lack of water. Of course, some will this is merely an act of God. Other’s will point to the patents contained in the nearly 30 year-old document known as Air Force Owning the Weather 2025. Is weather manipulation disrupting a major portion of the nation’s food supply? If one has read the leak of this classified document, it is difficult to argue with this conspiratorial view of the issue. The issue of a man-made famine becomes more believable when Bill Gates and Joe Biden uniformly call for an end to all meat production and bugs should be substituted as protein in the future.

There is much more supporting evidence, however, the point is made. This administration is doing nothing to mitigate the food crisis we have entered. However, this is not surprising when we consider the globalist position of those who have manipulated our political process. A major case in point is Henry Kissinger. Please consider the historical context of the following history which dates back nearly five decades.

In December, 1974, National Security Council directed by Henry Kissinger completed a classified study entitled, "National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests." The study was based upon the unproven claims that population growth in Lesser Developed Countries (LDC) constituted a serious risk to America's national security. In November 1975 President Ford, based upon the tenets of NSSM 200 outlined a classified plan to forcibly reduce population growth in LDC countries through birth control, war and famine.

 Ford's new national security adviser, Brent Scowcroft, in conjunction with CIA  Director and future President, George H. W. Bush, were tasked with implementing the plan and the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture assisted in the implementation of these insane genocidal plans. NSSM 200 formally raised the question, "Would food be considered an instrument of national power? ... Is the U.S. prepared to accept food rationing to help people who can't/won't control their population growth?" Kissinger has answered these questions when he stated that he was predicting a series of contrived famines, created by mandatory programs and this would make exclusive reliance on birth control programs unnecessary in this modern day application of eugenics in a scheme that would allow Henry to have his cake and eat it too in that the world would finally be rid of the "useless eaters!"

 Third world population control, using food as one of the primary weapons, has long been a matter of official covert national policy and a portion of President Obama's Executive Order 13603 (EO), National Defense Resources Preparedness is a continuation of that policy. Only now, the intended target are not the LDC's but, instead, the American people. With the stroke of his pen, Obama has total and absolute control over all food where his EO states:

e)  "Food resources" means all commodities and products, (simple, mixed, or compound), or complements to such commodities or products, that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption.  "Food resources" also means potable water packaged in commercially marketable containers, all starches, sugars, vegetable and animal or marine fats and oils, seed, cotton, hemp, and flax fiber, but does not mean any such material after it loses its identity as an agricultural commodity or agricultural product.

(f)  "Food resource facilities" means plants, machinery, vehicles (including on farm), and other facilities required for the production, processing, distribution, and storage (including cold storage) of food resources, and for the domestic distribution of farm equipment and fertilizer..."

This unconstitutional EO is now at the disposal of the Biden administration which is particularly disturbing in that the EO clearly states that the government has control over anything that is "capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals..."  If you thought that you and Fido were going to get through coming food crisis by consuming dog food, think again.

How will farmers maintain the nation's food supply when all fertilizer, their farm equipment and all of their vehicles are under the control of a demented and completely controlled puppet  President?

There is more to consider. The term "all food storage facilities" includes your refrigerator, your pantry and even the very food in your cabinets as well as what is on your kitchen table. In short, anywhere you keep food is now under the control of the government and can be redistributed. Have you recently been scratching your head in bewilderment as you watch on the news as the Amish have had their farms raided, raw milk producers have been jailed and the kids running lemonade stands have been shut down and ticketed?

Now you know why these abuses are being perpetrated by the government in that it represents a mere conditioning process designed to get all U.S. citizens used to the idea that the government owns all food and food production. The most clever aspect of this EO is that no Hegelian Dialectic (i.e., false flag event) is needed as a pretense to seize food and imperil survivability. Section 201(b) of the Obama EO clearly states that this EO is enforceable under both emergency and non-emergency conditions.” 

Even Ray Charles could see that Obama is setting the table for Biden to take his place among Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, Castro and Mao as another despot in the long line of tyrannical leaders who would grant themselves the authority to subjugate the masses by using food as a weapon. Americans desperately need to look at history in order to understand what happens every time the people of a government allows the government to control its food supplies and farms. It was with great forethought that the second part of the title of this article reads "...systematic population reduction." In hindsight, I have often wondered how prophetic was Obama's campaign speech when he promised to fundamentally transform America? This was actually one campaign promise that Obama was able to keep.

NSSM 200 has come full circle, but in this case, it is specifically aimed at the American people and you and your family are the intended targets. How would the government create a society so dependent of the government, that the complete subjugation of the population would not only become possible, but likely? The answer is simple if the government wants to get America dependent upon it future enslaver. All essential resources, especially food, must be dispensed by the government. The goal becomes even easier if other resources such as housing, clothing, etc. Well, that goal is being achieved today in 20 American cities and in 14 Democratic Party blue states, Forbes, the LA Times and USA Today, as well as dozens of other mainstream media outlets have been desensitizing the public as to what is coming with the beign media coverage of the widespread applications of UBI.

Patrick Wood is correct. UBI will result unqualified slavery to the participants. I go one step further, this is the mechanism for which genocide can be carried out on a massive scale. The government will have complete control of citizen resources. And there is one more thing that we should all be aware of.  The global elite are overwhelmingly Fabian Socialists. The Fabians are very clear about their expectations for citizens of a country. If a citizen does not produce more than they take from a society, that citizen should be “done away with”.  That is a quote from the founder of Fabian Socialism, Herbert Spencer. In short, UBI is the beginning of the end for America and the rest of the world. And this plot is taking shape as you read these words!
