Why Hasn't Putin Attacked Ukraine?

I think Putin is still waiting for a political solution. If he attacked Ukraine, it would be over in 7 days, despite puny NATO. I think he could wait until August or September to launce an offensive. I think, too, he is waiting to see what happens in the US, as things here are reaching the boiling point, both politically and culturally. A Summer of Rage is coming. Putin knows what nuclear war means and Russia would survive. With the US defeated he would have to go toe-to-toe with the ChiComs ALONE. The US military would be a natural ally to him. So, I believe he is just playing the waiting game right now to see what shakes out around the world. Time is on his side, at this point.

So assuming that Putin doesn't attack the Ukraine, what about Ji Xing Peng attacking Taiwan? Do you think that Ji will back down? And if that is the case, then why did Ji spread COVID-19 around the world and why do our leaders (Doug Ducey included) kiss China's rear end? Is it because we are 30 trillion dollars in debt. Why were Dominion voting machines used in our last election (made in China). How can Biden stand up to both Putin and Ji Xing Peng and establish himself (Biden) as the leader of the free world?

If my dream/vision is any indicator, I had it a few days after the Civil War started in Ukraine, eventually Russia will move against Ukraine, but they will not attempt to take all of Ukraine, just to the Dnieper River in the Northern part of Ukraine and the whole southern part of Ukraine will be taken. Dnipropetrovsk will see a airborne assault. Odessa will be hit by sea landing and hit from ground invasion from Moldova and eventually from the Eastern invading forces. The Northwest part of Ukraine will only see air assaults from joint Russian/Belarus forces. At least two NATO aircraft (Polish) will downed over Ukraine, intervened without NATO approval and a dozen NATO soldiers will be killed inside of Ukraine, trying to secure something
