Yes. Many people have different understandings or beliefs about nearly every topic on earth, but if any thinks the WHO, is made up of all blue, they would be inaccurately accessing each and every members origins and affiliations. Blue and red have been fighting each other, existing in all groups, the religious, or conservative freedom approach, versus science and the liberal freedoms appoach, since humans first became aware enough to question the bigger questions of its own origins beyond it self, so the conservative or punishment be the answer group and the liberal education be the answer group, exist in every institution on earth, in the fbi cia business academia, church, government, schools, etc etc, naturally, disproving 1 conspiracy.
