The Common Sense Show is concerned about the constitutionality of the California State Military Reserve. Are there proper limitations placed upon this organization. Who has the ultimate authority over this organization. Are there proper limitations in place? In this broadcast, Dave Hodges airs his concerns over these critical constitutional issues and he even issued an open invitation for a representative of the California State Military Reserve to appear on our affiliate radio broadcast and answer these important concerns.

The milita is NOT answerable to the Federal government!! That is the exact opposite of the original intent! That is how they destroyed the freaking milita Dave! By convincing the morons that the national Guard is the milita and that they answer to the Feds! The constitution CLEARLY put the milita's under the states authority! I highly recommend Richard Proctors book to you "Saving the Constitution".

Putting the milita under the Feds is one of the craziest most dangerous things that I have recently heard Dave. That is NOT the original intent. Please talk to Richard Proctor about this! He wrote "Saving the Coniston" and has been on David Knights show multiple times. FWIW regardless of what the Constitution says God has given ME the right to contract and train as a milita with my neighbors. You sometimes scare me with the anti-liberty things that you come up with Dave.

I love Dave's video updates, but I have to jump through hoops to watch them on You Tube. I have to prove I'm not a frigging robot every time I want to view their content. Suggestion: Get off You Tube! Go to Mike Adam's platform, Brighteon. It's free and no censorship. No log on, or hoops to jump through. An excuse for not doing it might be, "Well, people may not watch Dave as much as on You Tube." So what! Loyal viewers will migrate over. Those who don't get the dire situation we are in, won't watch Dave any way. If you haven't gotten IT by now, you never will.
