Why DID the Superbowl CBS Censors Reject This Ad?

Why did the censors at CBS reject an ad for this for a perfectly legal product? What are they hiding. Increasingly, every aspect of American society is controlled.

Regarding cannabis ad.,it seriously conflicts with their pharmaceutical advertising for products meant to relieve same symptoms. All networks are heavily into drug advertising.
