This warning sign has happened before in the last few years several times...When a budget can not be agreed on and the government is close to a involentary shut down due to lack of funding the following occures.1. You see a unusal level of activity of military aircraft, Helo`s, Transport`s, Motor Vehicles, with marking`s-White for UN. or unmarked, Usual civilian activity-ordinary people don`t seem to be active-it`s very quiet compaired to normal,Your bank put`s a message on there web site stating the web banking will be offline over the weekend or for the next 3 day`s due to software maintence or software upgrade`s, problems with your internet connection or cell phone> in the last stages> You hear police sirens before this starts to occure.
