I'm not sure what the 'quid pro quo' might be, the Saudis seem to have everything they need. They will now be getting their arms from Russia and have plenty of markets to sell their oil to, like China. What does Joey have to offer? Nothing that I can see. He only walks around with a empty hat in hand wherever he goes.
