Hi Dave, I live in Central Florida and sometimes I take my friend to her appointments because she is legally blind and does not drive. She is not totally blind, she is considered to be low vision, she still has some peripheral visions. So, I took her to get her blood work done. She was not able to make an appointment though she tried several times, she even left a message for someone to call back - but they never did. I took her to Quest Diagnostics, we walked in with our masks on and were told to sign in. I did that for her - note that these machines are not friendly for people who have low vision. Even with her glasses which are highly magnified. We had to wait outside and it was very hot. Continued -

Continuation of previous comment. She went in and asked how much longer it would be because we had been waiting over an hour and half. The lady let her in and after checking said that she would be next after the 4 people ahead of her. Well, after 8 people went ahead of her the lady said that they were only taking people with appointments! Wanda pointed out to her that 8 people went before her, the lady thought well she can't see how many are going ahead of her! Wanda then pointed out the ADA and the lady ran in the back and came out and made her an appointment! Why did we have to wait almost two hours for that to happen. These people are always taking advantage of people with disabilities!

I agree with your entire video. Thank you for telling people not to give their business to these places and tell them to sue. Sue is a must, or it will never even have a chance of stopping.
