Mexico Needs to Be Held Responsible for the Border Invasion

Ultimately, the Mexican President is responsible for the border invasion because he is allowing his country to be used as a conduit to crossing our southern border. Like Nieto, who took $100 million in cartel bribes, AMLO looks to be doing the same. What can be done?
