Just imagine if the Tea Party or some other conservative group pulled this type of shenanigans on liberal justices. Would the media see it the same way?

In order to keep Americans from attacking each other, there is a simple solution to the abortion debate. If a woman does not wish to bear a pregnancy to term,she can undergo a medical procedure whereby the baby is removed and implanted in the body of a willing surrogate. This could be funded by the government. In these times, every effort is needed to prevent civil strife. If people were to clamor for this solution, who would oppose it?
