We can't trust these people to enforce laws on the books now, so we want to give them the power to change the Constitution? What Constitution? That document is all but ignored nowadays so why do they want to change it? CON-con is a distraction. It's much easier to suspend the whole Constitution than it is to amend it. (BTW, Montana legislature has killed the con-con nonsense for this session.)
