Lake & her attorneys FUBARed a FEDERAL ELECTION FRAUD by NOT emergency petitioning the US Supreme Court (like Jay Sekulow did frequently) in the 1st place. It is a FEDERAL election that involved State election fraud. She will need to re-PRESENT all her 2022 and 2020 data. Whitmore v. Arkansas, 495 U.S. 149 (1990) @158 “Allegations of possible future injury do not satisfy the requirements of Art. III. A threatened injury must be "`certainly impending'" to constitute injury in fact. Babbitt v. Farm Workers, 442 U. S. 289, 442 U. S. 298 (1979) (quoting Pennsylvania v. West Virginia, 262 U. There is a SAME FEDERAL election that she engaged in on the same voter ballot, or same FEDERAL VOTER as the one she had her votes stolen and /or altered. The State did NOT have its own independent and restricted to its own STATE.
