I would get in touch with Steve Quayle on this. He lives near there and claims to visit there and take measurements of any activity like a rise in the ground. Maybe your sources are better than his. Also, that picture looks like one from years ago claiming that the buffalo were leaving, and that the roads were melting due to increase under ground temps rising.
