What is really causing the polar vortex? Have you ever heard of Project HAARP. There is a lot one can learn when you look at government issued patents.

Want to SEE what HAARP can do, go to youtube. There are photos and viddeo of what HAARP does to the ionosphere including sounds that are created. They can create droughts in California for several years followed by floods. The creator of the HAARP project stated they could direct the jet stream, on which the weather in the US travels. Supposedly, it was built for the purpose of "over the horizon radar" for the military..

Temperatures right around 0 degrees F, a day after -23 F, never felt so warm. One of my bosses asked me where my shorts were today (I'll wear shorts 8-9 months out of the year for work). In Chicagoland, temperatures will be in the low-mid 50s on Monday. Go figure.
