MK-Ultra is an ages old mental/pyschological/spiritual breaking apart to separate the human soul within itself; ie= effectively DID/MPD to control parts of a persons mind + soul specifically to garner effective control of separate alter personalities "they" create to do deeds the other inhouse personalities are totally unaware of. This is Satanic in origin + Satanist's employ it- the CIA call it MK-Ultra + is a pet venue.
