Dr. Judy Wood's book "Where Did the Towers Go?" is large and authoritative. She is an engineering and materials scientist and was a professor at a university back east. She's not interested in "who" or "why" but in "how". She examines alternative scenarios and concludes that the towers were turned mostly to dust by directed energy weapons. I believe Tesla was exploring what he called "radiant energy" over a hundred years ago. He ended up broke and many of his papers were taken by government agents. Dr. Paul Laviolette, Dr. Joseph Farrell, and Tom Bearden have all explored this area.
