Every major US city run by liberals is in total chaos and the human misery index is off the charts. It is so bad that many economists are comparing these cities to 3rd world countries.

Both Mao and Stalin's poor population took over and OCCUPIED upper & middle class peoples' properties right after riots and chaos, then all of the "private" properties became government owned.
