"Why Is Every American City Run By Liberals In Total Chaos?" It's all by plan. And not necessarily just by liberals although they are involved. The plan of the globalist elite is to bring America to it's knees and replace it with a New World Order (NWO) in the form of UN government. It will be a government of tyranny over the people and it's rules are called UN Agenda 1` (aka UN Agenda 2030). That's who's behind it and that is where we are going in a real hurry. Never think it just happens because we have some incompetent mayors and governors. No, it's all part of a bigger plan and the globalist elite (banksters, black nobility and Vatican (all Illuminati) are the ones running the entire show. Take that to the bank.
