Exotic, never-before heard of diseases are crossing our border, LA is on the verge of a Bubonic Plague outbreak and we are apprehending illegal immigrants at the border who say they have have been forcibly infected with diseases with unknown infections, are raising major concerns for border personnel.

What nobody is asking is how did they get into south americam countries to begin with ? How did they make there way to the boarder ? These 2 questions need to be answered before anything else/they cant get here by boat so plane is the only way/Where are they landing at/Do they have passports/...How do you board a plane without a PP or a return ticket ? These things need to be answered 1st./They will lead to who,how.where something that is not wanted by whoever, whatever, where ever/ the reason they are not asked.
