Hi Dave I am in Costa Rica and am building tiny homes that will not burn and have withstood multiple earthquakes over 6 and two over 7 and they run around $19000

...is about 600 square feet per person. That was from the H7HS data from 20 years ago, and the UN recommendations from 1980. They want to pack everyone in to cramped living quarters. Disease spreads faster, LE doesn't have far to go to round people up with low social credits or enforcing meta-data pre-crime! Think you're going to put your self-sufficient tiny home out in the country? Agenda 21 and 30 will run you off your rural land! CA rounded-up tiny homes for the homeless and deliberately removed the homes from formerly homeless people (making them homeless again)! These are actually mobile homes, and conflicts with zoning codes (another reason local govt steals them) You should see the cheap nasty homes Christchurch is building
