Only the Individual Citizen can grant themselves rights; this is why Constitutional Anarchists are on the rise. The Declaration of Independence makes this very clear, despite the fact that it was written by men who were all Freemasons (except for two members of the Continental Congress) wanting to incorporate and blend-in the Luciferian thought and doctrine of Adam Weishaupt. Luciferian Doctrines seek to oppress, rule with flawed laws, and steal as much money (taxes) as they can. Now that the documents that founded America and the articles in them have been used to the max by the Illuminati factions, they now want to remove the same from the individual. See the difference between an attorney and a lawyer, barrister and solicitor!
