Sounds like you used government "code" when you installed your solar Dave. Mine is not connected to the grid in any way shape or form and it is NOT in control of the Communist Chinese! I don't know how or why you think that MY system is controlled by anyone other than myself. I can't imagine being ignorant enough to connect your solar to a source of EMP pulses, and other interference with your system....
