People may be leaving that state in droves. But for those that remain, the beaches will be the very LAST place to get less crowded. Increasing pollution may keep more people out of the water, so they will just hang out on the sand. And if there's a really good swell, the surfers will be out en masse. Waves will continue to get ever more crowded. You can take that to the bank.
