Dave, you just advised us not to let the cops search our vehicle without a warrant. You had already told us that YOU let them search YOUR vehicle. Apparently, what you do is different than what you tell us not to do. This is you doubletalking us. What gives?

Very surprise that cop did not plant drugs on you Dave. Police are waging 2 Satanic wars for the United Nations. The war on guns and the war on drugs. Both evil as hell and yet you support the police and not the true "police" i.e. the milita. I truly hope you rectify your blind spots here. Accepting the "police" is a very dangerous belief system indeed. We have the 2nd amendment to protect us from standing armies like Blue ISIS. That is what the founders thought not what I made up.

Hate within one self ignites any hate in someone else that one meets, why haters having hate puts a bulls eye on one self, and why these always get struck down by bigger haters, hate creating a strong physical strength in the body yes, but to use it means one is setting one self up to fight against all other haters in the world, even professional's, which is obvious a battle one self shall not, cannot win, as some of the haters have honed their hate into cunning ruthless no rules savage, and the naive beginning haters actually believe they shall woop all these, a testament to the delusional beliefs so behaviour hate creates in humans, and most assuredly the lesson of the gods, that one cannot win against the beast, hate, disgust, disdain.

There are over 10,000 felony laws on the books, so if you decide to "answer questions " that don't pertain to why you were pulled over , they will find something to arrest you for. The average American committs 3 felonies per day without even realizing it ( Read , " Your Right to Remain Innocent " writtin by a law professor ).

Here in Wichita, Kansas, the Wichtia police chief, Gordon Ramsay, has given the OK for Wichita cops to REDIRECT/REPOSITION HOME SECURITY CAMERAS if the cops "feel uncomfortable". Please make sure you understand that: WICHITA POLICE CAN DISABLE HOME SECURITY CAMERAS! Also, in 2017, a Wichita man, Andrew Finch, was executed by a Wichita cop named Justin Rapp...Rapp got off free and clear, even though Mr Finch was unarmed and innocent and standing in the door to his home! THE MILITARIZED POLICE STATE IS OUT OF CONTROL, AND IS NO FRIEND TO ANYONE. Police are not heros, nor are they friends to freedom!

Dave...you really aren't so naive as to think cops will just "go away" when you tell them you don't answer questions, are you? After 9/11, the militarized police state sees EVERYONE as "enemy combatants" and not citizens with constitutional rights. The "Fusion Centers" have put out statements saying anyone who speaks about their "constitutional rights" is a terrorist...that is a fact!. Note: Fusion Centers are law enforcement offices that have federal, state and local cops under the same roof...all for the purpose of denying citizens their God given rights!

I was pulled over in Kentucky, officer stated he smelled weed which he says gave him the right to search my vehicle. I had not smoked weed in my car. I do not smoke weed nor had it ever been in my car.He gave me a roadside sobriety test, said I failed. He put the cuffs on me and booked me form DUI. Trial pending. Police officers are corrupt in these United States!!!

Get a civil rights and criminal lawyer who specializes in traffic charges. Did you have a GoPro in your car? Was it recording the event? If the cop doesn't show-up at the hearing, then motion for dismissal. If he does show up, then demand his body cam footage! Nowadays, I have GoPro on the front dash, & I wear ballistic armor under my shirt. I also conceal carry, and my doors have two layers of Kevlar (self-installed) behind the interior door panels. I also have a 1.5 inch plate (18" x 18") w/ a handle that I can use to protect myself from bullets fired thru my side window. I carry that between the seats. The plastic panel back of my seat has Kevlar sandwiched in now. Know your rights!!!

You have to be kidding me. Have you yet realized that the legal monopoly is there so that you can not afford to have legal representation, and that IF you can afford the monopoly they often will not even defend you! Most all attorney will NOT make a case based upon your rights and the Constitution. This monopoly is controlled by the licensing scheme. The same way that they control the medical professionals. I have NEVER had any real legal representation in the "land of the free" because that is the way that the system is designed. IF we had a right to hire whomever we wanted and were taught law in high school as we were in the past, I would have 5 or 6 legal cases in the courts. As it stands I have had zero legal representation ever.

It may come down to the Patriots organizing convoys when going out to the grocery store. If a corrupt cop stops just one car in the convoy, then ALL CARS NEED TO STOP AND PROVIDE ARMED PROTECTION TO THE TARGETED POTENTIAL VICTIM (including the use of video cameras that are legal as are firearms according to the US Constitution and Supreme Court ruling legally allowing for recording of the cops). This is why it's good to see reverse-opening back doors on cars that provide ballistic protections. Have your lawyers on speed dial as well. Know the difference between a crime and a violation! Always refuse a search, and demand a written warrant from the duty judge if they want to search any personal property (ie home, car, land, private person).
