What about the Constitution? I hate the way things like this have unsaid implications. Such as a "law" requiring US manufacture. Why does no one look at the Constitution first? There is clearly no authority there for such a move. Why in hades can't we in an ostensibly free country accomplish things by the free market? (because we are not free nor do we believe in freedom) It matters not to me in most ways as I take a prescription drug maybe once every 10 years. You wold be wise to do the same.

DAVE!!! For starters the Constitu does not even use the words "national security" It profers no such power or authority. How about seeing the actual elephant in the freaking room? How about our healthcare system being based on the free market rather than a state protected monopoly designed to benefit the Satanists that run big pharma would be a step in the right direction. Please quit hacking at the branches and support a free market in medicine. You are so offbase on concentrating on pharmaceuticals when the real issue is our toxic food supply! You don't seem to grasp liberty my friend and it both scares and concerns me. FWIW Dave the 25 cent inhaler is that price because of socialism. They are about the same price in Mexico and YOU can drive down and buy them in Los Algodones from where you live.. 25 cents IS NOT the cost to produce them. This is much like our $7 a pound steaks that should cost $21 a pound but people don't see the socialistic farm subsidies when they shop. God Dave please don't ignore basic economic facts. You are smarter than that.

Why address symptoms and not causes? Dave if we had a decent food supply the pharmaceuticals would be a moot point. You are adress symptoms rather than cause.....You are addressing the results of a people too dumbed down to realize that they are poisoning themselves with what is ostensibly called "food". Amen re the cost and don't EVEN forget the SAFETY issue, please. For example, the recall of angiotensin receptor blockers. Suspicions of a carcinogen deliberately introduced. Better yet, America, consider SAFELY getting off as many drugs as possible and then use what God has provided for maintaining health and recovering it when necessary. Go to the Health Ranger et al. Do we trust those who have SAID that they want to KILL us and STEAL our stuff? Really? What better way to cause civil unrest-to-mayhem than setting it up for people to have to go cold turkey off their meds due to supply chain issues? That, in and of itself, is an awful scenario. Awful!

Big Pharma doesn't care about the American people, they only care about making billions of dollars. Why does it always take a crisis to wake up people? My friend can't get her heart medication and her husband can't get his meds for Parkinson's. As for seniors, they just want us to die. I am old but I am healthy and won't go down without a fight. This should not even be a question. Why we allowed the manufacturer of important sectors, like pharmaceuticals, to be shipped overseas is horrifying. It would be very easy for China to withhold life saving drugs. And who is to say that it won't happen in the near future. The USA needs to manufacture its own products again. Put people to work. No reliance on other nations for times such as this.

Yes, all American medications should be manufactured in the USA. We no longer need to depend upon China to manufacture our medications. They have stolen our technology and probably most of our medication recipes too. Enough is enough!

"Should ALL American Medications Be Manufactured In the US?" I don't know about that, but one thing is for certain. China should not be making our medicines. And they should not be making our steel, our electronics, our clothes, any food, etc. But America made China what it is today. America gave it all to them so that American businesswomen could get rich. They moved our industry over to China to use their cheap labor. They lost control of it.
