What's obvious and is often missed is that we already have government control of the food supply via "regulation". Regulation is the reason that we must buy toxic frankenfoods in the local supermarket, while I have Amish neighbors are terrified of the Nazi food enforcers that we euphemistically refer to as "health departments". So they are not producing and providing the healthy foods that I crave. The reality is that "health departments" trample freedom in the name of protecting us. The reality is that the result is a literally a sick and dying nation. Why don't we have food freedom in a purportedly free country? In part because Americans have gone down the slippery slope of incrementalism and have already allowed government

So much for checks and balances,eh? What you said brought to mind the phrase 'absolute power corrupts absolutely' so I looked it up. It conveys the opinion that as a person's power increases, their moral sense diminishes and they don't have the people's best interests in mind. Seeking mercy from the merciless is an exercise in futility. Good character-or lack thereof-shows up quickly regarding despots. Soylent Green may not be a far-fetched concept per lessons of history. America has genuflected to the wrong fake god for far too long and he has now come to collect his due on a very large scale. The REAL GOD'S wrath will be poured out on unrepentant humanity and the fallen entities at some point ahead, but HE knows HIS own by name.
