Fellow females may hate my comment, but that is okay because tough times are here. As a woman, I have no illusions of my abilities. I KNOW men are tougher, stronger and faster than I. I do not believe in the Hollywood hype that I can single-handedly beat up a gang of bikers in one fell swoop! It's misleading and dangerous. We, women need to be smarter than ever to blend into the background. Carry a gun/mace/other (know how to use it!). Don't go out alone, travel in pairs, small groups. Know and continue to train in self defense. I love fashion, but times change. Ditch the heels for athletic footwear. Dress down, no jewelry. Situational awareness - be mindful of what and who is around you. This is reality now, not Hollywood...
