Slowly , many American Citizens have been coerced into buying homes way over priced , Realtors and Trend Setters put working middle class into a inevitable tail spin , $2500 a month for 30 years ? And Undocumented Foreigners who paid cash for homes , helped run those pathetic prices sky high . Try finding an Older home for cheap , no chance ! because Realtor investors and house Flippers already grabbed them before they hit the Market , Now it's time to give these homes back to the lenders , but they'll just stick them in Auctions , and the Greedy Property scammers with keep going , prices won't go down either , there's suckers out there to buy the junk !

Thank you for this advice! You have a knowledge of the political process of communication that few of us that have been busy for decades working to pay the mortgage do not. Is it possible for you to post more details on how to word a phone message or email to our local representative to make this "shutdown plus 90-days" grace period a reality. I have managed, through my lender, to obtain a 90-day forbearance but this does not include the month(s) I am out of work. If you could post the words that need to be stated or tips on how to negotiate the difficult subject, I'm sure it would be very helpful.

Dear Mr Hodges, please provide your expertise/feedback on this draft: Dear State Senator/Representative/Governor, I implore you take legislative action to help those of us who have been following all the orders we’ve been asked to during this extended period of shelter-in-place. While most lenders offer a 90-day forbearance on mortgages this is simply not enough given the length of time most of us will have no work. Please legislate a mortgage forbearance for THE LENGTH OF THE SHELTER-IN-PLACE PLUS 90-DAYS. This is because it will take time to catch up financially once work can be restarted. In this critical reelection time there is no doubt this leniency towards humanity will not go unnoticed. Thank you in advance.
