Serious question to the theologians. Suppose one is taken to the hospital, unconscious, and then injected with something, otherwise reasonable, that contains a chip such as some call the mark. Or, as an alternative, given a tattoo, as some suggest the Bible calls the Mark. Has one "taken the Mark" under those circumstances?

Capt., we have great confidence regarding this in Rev. 13:15-17. It is very clear that in order to take the mark of the beast, one must *worship* the beast, giving allegiance to him. We can not take the mark unwillingly nor unaware. It is a conscious decision. There is also the thought that because one who has trusted Jesus as his/her Savior is sealed with the Holy Spirit, he can not take the mark. "And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand." John 10:28

I say that I will not take the mark although I am terrified that I might be "tricked" into taking it. How? Well, I am hearing a lot about Bill Gates and how he is pushing the mandatory vaccination of humans because of Covid-19...that something could be injected in us to keep track of us, where we are, what we're doing (or not doing), etc. I want to be strong, I want to stand firm for Jesus, to not deny him...the way he stood firm for me.

Dave, please be careful with warnings about the mark of the beast. Rev. 13:15-17 clearly tells us that in order to receive it we must *worship the beast* It cannot be taken unknowingly or accidentally. It is a choice to be subservient to and worship of the beast. There is also compelling evidence that a believer in Jesus can not take the mark because he is sealed with the Holy Spirit.

That is "worship" the beast, within one self. Those who think "fighting", retaliation, revenge, eye for an eye, is the wise choice, why they will follow false leaders who are the same as them self. These all ALREADY have the mark of "a beast". These think the might of killing, inducing pain upon others, "destroying" who they deem "evil", is of god. The have violence on their forehead, acted out with their hands. The "meek" inherit the earth, but make no mistake, tis not this earth, as there are many earths, for that which seeks to fight as a beast has not yet been cleansed of its primitive self, the purpose of each immortal sent to be a mortal, for that which can't wait to destroy its enemy all hast the mark, easily identified by brain scan
