If the current virus team is going to continue " indefinitely " , does that mean the national emergency will continue as well?

Covid 19 testing

President Magufuli of Tanzania found everyone tested came back positive and he didn't believe it. So he did his own tests a lot of the testing random stuff like fruit, sheep, goats, various animals, even motor oil. He assigned a name to each test sent it all in and it all came back positive except the motor oil. He then declared the whole thing a fraud and an act of war and had all the testing stopped. Actually the CDC has a patent on the COVID 19 tester, other than that there is no proper mobile test device. I believe COVID 19 has become the biggest scam in world history!
