Who's really in charge of the government? No one. A scary fact to recognize if one thinks of the world turning in an organized civilized fashion due to the genius of ONE, a supreme leader, a human, as many wish, but such is childish naivety, when indeed no one person in charge of the government actually helps everyone to realize a successful one group agenda conspiracy is impossible, for everyone here, our self included. Everything is a simple duel of most wit, all the way to the top. People that want to best their own piers, which self interest people do, will always turn on EACH OTHER. So we know no conspiracy can survive to become common for all, only the cover up can survive, or be the successful limited operation, in all human cases.
