Under President Eisenhower, he endorsed the original Continuity of Government provisions. His motivation was, in part, due to his belief that Joe McCarthy (despite have serious professional and personal shortcomings) was correct about communist infiltration into America. Eisenhower believed that our cities would be put into chaos by communist-inspired forces. Isn't that exactly what is happening right now? We will return to what's happening to our cities later in the article. 

When I was an undergraduate, I learned that the interstate highway system was originally created for defense, primarily, and commerce, secondarily. This was all done under the Continuity of Government (COG) provisions. What also came out of the policies was to seal off all troubled cities that might be in rebellion. Last night, I was contemplating several COG documents and a realization hit me like a ton of bricks. The assault upon our cities is part of the communist masterplan to collapse the United States. By focusing on cities that are controlled by Democratic Party mayors and governors, which can force a stand down in the local police and National Guard response to rioting, these Democrats can cause the President to invoke COG policies and seal off these cities in an attempt to keep the forces from spreading to even more cities. I have come to the belief that these radical leftists know that if enough cities can be isolated through the shutdown of the interstate transportation corridors. This will hasten the collapse of the United States. As heinous as the actions of rioters in Portland, Seattle, and now in Aurora, Colorado, these riots, although they threaten local citizens and businesses, do not constitute a long-term threat to the US in their present form. However, if these riots spread in all Democratic run cities, Trump will be forced to seal off these cities to protect cities not already in chaos. In summary, I believe that COG will soon have to be employed leading to a complete economic collapse. Could the nonsense COVID-19 second set of lockdowns be what Trump feels is necessary. If the country is going to be forced into COG, having the people shelter in place would be exactly what a leader would need to have happen. In other words, I believe the Trump administration is not objecting to lockdowns with the vehemence that one would expect, because Trump knows what's coming. 

It is no longer Seattle and Portland, Aurora and cities in North Carolina are now impacted. Please consider the following:

4. OBSERVED ACTIVITY: Mass protest and observed enemy activity in Roxboro NC. Insurgents engaged in skirmish with local PD and SO personnel after lethal force incident on 24JUL. One officer wounded. Enemy weapons cache captured.
5. MWE / INCIDENT DESCRIPTION: Multiple armed assailants brought in from out of town, unknown number but more than 50. Explicit statements of violence made. Father of person killed in lethal force incident made statement to ABC11 that he wanted the out of town insurgents to leave. Insurgents stated the name of their organization is NC BORN (Building Our Revolution Now) and initially fled after police made threatening gestures. Local Leader/HVI is Andrew Lee Partridge and is a Corrections Officer in VA. Insurgents returned one hour later dispersed among local businesses dropped off individually. Method of coordination / communications SOI unknown. Insurgents used three observed techniques: park Dodge Chargers with stolen NC plates to confuse LEOs as to the position of units, Swarm different positions in a series to exhaust responding officers, and to attack them with OC spray. One officer was wounded and required EMS transport. Enemy weapons cache was uncovered in a Van with VA plates. Specific number of weapons unknown. Insurgents have a safehouse owned by Marcus Satterfield located in the town square and within view of the county courthouse.
6. ASSESSMENT: LEOs were overwhelmed and panicked by their monitored radio chatter. They are not prepared for an insurgency and cannot sustain multiple nights of enemy activity. Majority of insurgents are not local and unknown to police. Social media chatter is making explicit threats on police and surrounding business owners. Violence is likely within the next 48 hours as attacks on LEO was coordinated and more bold than previous incidents in larger municipalities.

 

When one reads the details of this operation, there is no other conclusion that can be made that this is an organized revolutionary force that is growing more emboldened by the day. The fact that his happening in multiple cities, speaks to the detailed planning that is going into these activities.

Last Thursday night based on intelligence from the Aurora Police Department officers, Paul Martin was informed that 5,000 Antifa, several Muslim Brotherhood and several CHICOMS were descending on Denver to wreak havoc. Sure enough, Paul Martin's warning was right on the money. Here an interview I conducted with Paul Martin on this topic. 

Consider what is happening in Aurora, Colorado where rioters attempted to execute a family driving in a jeep. The following Channel 9 news report starts with protests at Aurora Police headquarters and the riot eventually spread to nearby Highway 225. 

In Seattle, the police chief has told the public that they cannot expect the police to defend them because of the interference from the mayor. Please note that hundreds of thugs were allowed to block a highway and the police were nowhere to be found. 

Conclusion

There is no doubt that the Denver area is just getting heated up and this will spread to several more cities until Trump is forced to deal with the chaos with a declaration of martial law as he invokes COG. Please keep in mind that when a city falls under this declaration, there is no attempt to police the city. The city is cordoned off, through COG policy as established in the Eisenhower administration. In other words, America, like Seattle, when this comes to your Democratic Party run city, you are on your own.
