Just posted a mini noval on The Forced Medication Of America Is Back on that page on this site. Luckily I discovered one day that lots of health and mental issues can be addressed through diet and nutrition. Since it's been reported that most foods have been stripped of most of its nutritional value. It's best in my opinion to keep the body flooded with antioxidants while we're healthy and medicine free. But it needs to be done in moderation, since I hear that even too much vitamin C can cause kidney stones. That reference may have been meant for supplementation since I doubt we'll get a toxic amount of vitamins and minerals from food alone. I'm all for staying off and getting off the medications. They don't mix well with supplements.
