Just like the owners of the Wickenburg, AZ., shop owners that defied Gov. Ducey's unconstitutional mandates to close, every business owner in America could have chosen to open. Most would have had public support! The system could have been overwhelmed and illegal enforcement would have been problematic for the local governmental dictators. Instead, most cowered and they want you and me to pay for their lack of courage. Most would help pay the fines levied by the state for non-compliance. However, this author will not pay one dime for a lack of courage!
