Congress won't let Biden yank away the Constitution or the Bill of Rights , and if Biden signs away on some treaty from the United Nations or some other NGO's hideous act , Congress will stand in the way . Bill Clinton tried Executive Order for full implementation of UN Agenda 21 to load his pockets but Congress shot it down . Any President will be checked on their acts or EO's . but they can still do many acts of damaging bills .
