Just when President Trump is being written off by everyone as a lame duck President, a bold plan to to capture the 2020 election, on behalf of the current President is taking shape.

Trump recently told the Fox Business Network on Thursday that he wants to draw down troops from Afghanistan, by Christmas, so they’re not too worn out if they are needed for wars against China, Russia, or North Korea.  There is another theater of war that Fox News forgot to mention and that is the United States of America. It strongly appears that Trump is bringing the troops home to use domestically in order to invoke the Insurrection Act in response to the coup perpetrated by the voter fraud in the recent Presidential election.

There are several moving parts to this drama, so please pay close attention. 

 

Trump Fires Deep-State-Defense Secretary Esper

The firing of Deep State operative, Esper, was a long time coming. As far back as June 3rd, Esper held a news conference in which he appeared to publicly criticized Trump about the idea of invoking the Insurrection Act, which would allow the president to use active-duty military personnel for crowd control. Clearly, Esper had to be removed because of what Trump is planning to do and Esper would have been in position to leak the plans, so he had to go, and go he did!

Trump Places Spec Ops Under One Unified Command

 

Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller has already announced major changes to military posture and structure regarding the chain of command governing America's special forces. Miller signed a memo authorizing the Pentagon’s Special Operations/Low Intensity Conflict office to begin reporting directly to the Defense Secretary, instead of reporting to the policy undersecretary.This action was taken by Trump on November 18, 2020.It is clearly designed to limit links and place America's most dangerous fighting force directly under the control of the President's appointee. The significance of this move cannot be overstated. This is not the actions of a lame duck President. Certainly, something is in the works, or should I say "Werx".

 

Trump Partially Defunds the CIA

It has been well-established that Trump’s DOD/Pentagon has begun to withdraw support for several CIA activities. Why would a supposed lame duck President engage in such an action? The answer to that question is very simple.

Lt. General Thomas McInerney, Mary Fanning, and former White House National Security Council official in the Trump administration Rich Higgins were interviewed in the Brannon Howse radio program and their unified position was revealed:

“In February 2009, the Obama administration commandeered a powerful supercomputer system known as THE HAMMER.

THE HAMMER includes an exploit application known as SCORECARD that is capable of hacking into elections and stealing the vote, according to CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, who designed and built THE HAMMER.

The whistleblower tapes, confidential audio recordings released by U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow’s courtroom in November 2015, revealed that SCORECARD was deployed by the Obama team against Florida election computers to steal the 2012 presidential election on behalf of President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden. SCORECARD is now being activated to steal the vote on behalf of Joe Biden once again.

Biden utilized THE HAMMER and SCORECARD while running for Vice President in 2012. Votes are again being stolen on Joe Biden’s behalf as he runs for President of the United States in 2020. This time, SCORECARD is stealing votes in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, and Arizona, according to Montgomery.”

McInerney, Fanning and Higgins described the fact that SCORECARD, steals elections by changing vote counts at the transfer points of state election computer systems and outside third-pary election data as it is being transferred. This fact makes it abundantly clear why the President is defunding parts of the CIA because the CIA is complicit in voter fraud. 

Trump Establishes An Order Succession for Assassinated/Incapacitated DOD Personnel

 

President Trump moves to establish and order of succession for ASSASSINATED/INCAPACITATED DOD PERSONNEL!!!  Why would a lame duck President engage in such an action. Clearly, Trump is anticipating a military action in which DOD personnel are in danger of being killed. It does not take much imagination to figure out what is behind this bold move.  

 

Trump’s Chances

Trump has the law on his side. Does that mean the military will support him? It does not, but here is what we know about the President's plan and the legality of his intended actions.

The Insurrection Act, first employed by Thomas Jefferson, permits the President to deploy U.S. military and federalized National Guard troops to suppress civil disorder, insurrection, and rebellion. Section 252 of the Act states:

“Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.”

Under law the physical ballot papers used in the 2020 general election must be retained for 22 months. The significance of this preservation of physical evidence becomes crucial when considering how kinematic identification can be used forensically to expose ballot fraud, not just in this election but all future elections worldwide.
