Here's how my small local bank handles the mask issue. Close the lobby. All transactions... go to the drive-thru. Notary public service... drive-thru. Open an account... drive-thru. Have a problem with your account...call the main bank. You don't even get service with a smile. But how would I know that - they're wearing a mask... Customer service, good customer service died in this country years ago.

I'm so fed up with being forced to wear these useless, ridiculous masks. I sincerely hope that corporations and businesses will someday have to answer for forcing employees and customers to wear these stupid masks.

Dave, our judicial system is seriously flawed. But, do really believe HSBC can legally steal your account - say you had $100,000 in the account - when you didn't wear a mask? I appreciate all you do, but I believe you need to get more rest.
