I believe I heard, once upon a time, that those ghost cities were a make-work project for the Chinese people in extreme poverty (read starving and no job) because they were about to rebel. (A billion angry Chinese are something to pay attention to.) That was my recollection. It wouldn't surprise me that Paulson was behind that hare-brained idea. Ghost cities for a ghost people.
I've known about the Chinese ghost cities for a long time. At first I was stumped. But then I learned about UN Agenda 21 (aka UN Agenda 2030 or Great Reset) from the great Rosa Koire (RIP). It became all too clear that these cities are for the people to live in under UN Agenda 21. People will not live in the suburbs or rural areas but only in stack and pack apts. in cramped cities. Under UN Agenda 21 the population will be severely culled leaving only approx. 500 million people to serve their top of the pyramid elite masters. Slaves. Most people will be eliminated by some means, part of the depopulation going on now. From here on out everything happening has to do with implementing UN Agenda 21.
Yes. Under the global leader AC those not culled will be required to take a ‘Mark’ or they cannot buy or sell. Additionally, the unMarked will be hunted down and face the guillotine!
