Dictatorship?

PM of Canada Trudeau called a snap election and barely won. What was the purpose of this snap election? To become dictator. How? He has the right to select Ministers (like our cabinet Secretaries) to fill his government. To date, he has not. Why? Without Ministers seated and no parliament seated, he merely creates laws himself with NO ONE to oppose him. That's dictatorship. And he takes his orders from the ChiComs. Yep. A dictator on our border right over there. Now, suppose Joey decides to fire his cabinet and run things by Executive Order? Suppose he waits to sign "laws" while Congress is not in session? Who would oppose him? Would that be a dictatorship? (Don't tell me it's unconstitutional. They threw that thing out the window.)
