Was Henry Kissinger was only kidding when he stated the Following?

Although it would not take much to push America over the edge with regard to mass starvation, there is  a precedent that the United States government would use food as a weapon against its own people if necessary. In December, 1974, National Security Council directed by Henry Kissinger completed a classified study entitled, “National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.” The study was based upon the unproven claims that population growth in Lesser Developed Countries (LDC) constituted a serious risk to America’s national security.

In November 1975, President Ford, based upon the tenets of NSSM 200 outlined a classified plan to forcibly reduce population growth in LDC countries through birth control, war and famine. Ford’s new national security adviser, Brent Scowcroft, in conjunction with then CIA  Director, George H. W. Bush, were tasked with implementing the plan and the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture assisted in the implementation of these insane genocidal plans. NSSM 200 formally raised the question, “Would food be considered an instrument of national power? Is the U.S. prepared to accept food rationing to help people who can’t/won’t control their population growth?” Would this be done inside of America? Kissinger has answered these questions when he stated that he was predicting a series of contrived famines, created by mandatory programs and this would make exclusive reliance on birth control programs unnecessary in this modern day application of eugenics in a scheme that would allow Henry to have his cake and eat it too in that the world would finally be rid of what Henry Kissinger referred to as the “useless eaters!”

I once spoke with noted survivalist expert, James Wesley Rawles, about the current state of affairs and this very conservative analyst stated that the minions of the Deep State are ready to take their violence to a whole new level. He mentioned car bombs, bio-attacks, etc.  

This past Saturday morning, I was relaxing in a chair and my mind was wandering and I saw visions of massive crop failures across the United States and the rest of the planet. The crops turned to a type of black goo. Those who follow my writings know that I do not write about dreams and visions. This is a first. On Sunday afternoon, I was still shaken by my vision, so I made a video and predicted that terrorists would attack our food supply and a massive famine would result.  What happened next was even more bizarre. The video was taken down.

TNT Predictive Programming: The Last Ship

As many know, I make it a hobby to review certain TV shows and movies ( eg, Jericho, Hunger Games, Colony, The Americans and Designated Survivor) that represents a globalist narrative. The practice is referred to as predictive programming. Do the globalists signal their intentions through such programming? It is hard to tell. However, the themes are strikingly similar to what later happens and the practice appears to have a desensitization effect upon the population. My mind has been obsessed with the aspect of global famine through crop destruction. I actually began to research "using food as a weapon". It just so happens that the Last Ship premiered on August 20th. Following the broadcast of my show, I sat down to scan the debut of the season premier of the Last Ship. To say the least, I was taken back when the new theme of this season is a "rust flu" that has attacked nearly all crops on the planet and a massive famine ensues. What do they say about the fact that there are no coincidences? Here is a 2 minute trailer for this season in which the massive crop failures are portrayed.   

Conclusion

We are obsessed with World War III, the prospect of growing civil unrest culminating in civil war and the removal of Trump from office. However, I think we might want to turn our attention to another danger, bioterrorism on our agricultural supplies. As I said in my recent podcast recording, the fields are not guarded and anyone could attack our food supply with total impunity.

One thing of which I am certain, if an attack upon our food supplies occurs, it will be a false flag attack.  I made this statement 3 years ago and the attack the Wuhan Flu, just took place a year ago this month.
