agree with reparations not with curbside pickup for all

There should have never been a lock down. The government declaring that there can only be curbside pickup for all businesses is just as unconstitutional as the declaring some businesses as essential and others as non-essential. Curbside pick up would not work for many if not most small businesses. Consider your example of "Joe's Trousers" - I'm sure you need to try them on first and to do that you need to GO INSIDE THE STORE! So this part was a bad example. As for the reparations, absolutely - great idea!
